 Gilbert Christian Schools is searching for a part-time (17 hours per week) instrumental music teacher for Concert Band for students in grades 9 through 12 beginning with the 2024-25 school year. GCHS has a small but strong concert band program and we are looking for someone to help grow the program. Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor of Music Education or Bachelor of Music degree and experience teaching and/or performing concert band music. The ideal candidate will have a teaching endorsement or certificate (e.g., State certification, ACSI certificate) in Music Education, a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.

This position is responsible for the assigned campus security as well as the overall safety of students and staff. This involves responsibility for monitoring and protecting each campus both during and after normal school hours. The primary emphasis in this position is to protect students, staff and families, as well as to deter vandalism, unlawful entry and unwarranted loitering on school properties.
