From our Principal:
Dear Greenfield Families,
What a wonderful week it has been, seeing our Knights’ Core Values lived out so meaningfully! At Greenfield, we strive for every child to experience Christ’s love through words and actions—and we want to equip you to reinforce these values at home.
In today’s media-saturated world, it is essential that we partner together to guard our children’s hearts and minds. Here are a few simple ways to do that:
- Communicate Openly: Create an open space for your child to share and reflect on media and real-life experiences.
- Model Empathy: Show kindness in everyday situations—your example speaks volumes.
- Discuss Biblical Truths: Regularly talk about Jesus’ teachings and how they apply to daily life.
- Encourage Service: Look for ways your family can serve others, big or small.
- Pray Together: Teach your child to turn to prayer first, modeling trust in God.
- Balance Screen Time: Promote a healthy mix of tech use and real-world engagement.
- Build Media Literacy: Help your child think critically about what they see and hear.
- Highlight Positive Role Models: Choose media that reflects strong character and empathy.
- Lead by Example: Let your child see you seeking God—through Bible reading, prayer, and action.
“Whatever is true, whatever is honorable… think about these things.” – Philippians 4:8
Together, let’s continue impacting the world for Christ.
Blessings,
