Staff Positions


Gilbert Christian Schools is looking for an organized and creative multimedia specialist to work with our Marketing and Communications team to film, photograph and design content that tells the story of the GCS community. This includes creating video content for internal/external communications, events and social media. Key to this is staying up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more engaging and effective. To be successful in this role, you must be an initiative-taker and able to work creatively in a fast-paced work environment. At the heart of this job is the clear skill of storytelling and a desire to invite others into what God is doing through Gilbert Christian Schools.


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, film and edit a range of marketing videos for GCS
  • Create video content for internal and external communications
  • Act as the primary photographer for GCS
  • Create and administer content for social media channels
  • Work as part of the Marketing & Communications Team and District Staff
  • Stay current with industry trends
  • Attend and capture content at GCS events when necessary

Gilbert Christian Schools Val Vista campus is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician. The Facilities Technician’s primary responsibility is to care for the campus by performing routine custodial and maintenance functions. This position will ensure campus grounds are clean, orderly, and functional; setting up and tearing down of rooms; maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment. This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the school and moves forward the vision of Gilbert Christian Schools.

Coaching Openings


Gilbert Christian Schools, is seeking a Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach. Ideal candidates would have prior experience. All candidates must agree with our statement of faith.

  • Encourage multi-sport participation; out-of-season practices require approval and must be voluntary.
  • Seek growth opportunities and attend required Athletics meetings.

The Head Boys Volleyball Coach-High School is responsible for leading and developing a competitive, character-driven program that reflects the values and mission of Gilbert Christian Schools. This position requires a strong commitment to mentoring student-athletes, fostering their athletic and spiritual growth, and promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. 

Candidate must agree with and support Gilbert Christian’s Statement of Faith. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead all aspects of the volleyball program, including practices, matches, and off-season conditioning.
  • Model and instill Christian values in student-athletes, integrating faith into coaching and team activities.
  • Mentor players academically, athletically, and spiritually, supporting their holistic development.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered team environment.
  • Coordinate with school administration, athletic department, and parents.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and athletic regulations.
