First Time Applying?

You will need to create an account so that you can access the Application Portal. Keep track of your username and password so you can return to the Application Portal later. 

  1. Once logged in to your account, click Create A New Student Application.
  2. Select the student’s grade level for the school year to which you wish to apply.
  3. Select the application for the school year to which you wish to apply.
  4. Click Submit. Keep track of your username and password so you can return to the Application Portal later. 

Complete all of the required forms in the Online Application. Once finished, you’ll be directed to Complete Review and Submit Application. You will receive an email confirmation when the application has been submitted.

No need to create a new account. You can log back into the Application Portal and pick up where you left off.

Once logged in to your account, click on the student name for the open application you wish to complete. 

Complete all of the required forms in the Online Application. Once finished, you’ll be directed to Complete Review and Submit Application. You will receive an email confirmation when the application has been submitted.

ALL APPLICATIONS GO THROUGH A 4-STAGE REVIEW PROCESS

1. Application

Submit a free application online. Applicants must provide: 

  • Testimony responses
  • Current church affiliation
  • Teacher, church, and Christian life references
  • Two years of academic history, including grades, discipline, and standardized testing results
  • Other relevant information (e.g., IEP, custody documents)

2. In Consideration

We review complete applications for fit with our GCS Family Profile. Applicants that are a fit will be invited to interview. While most interviews take place in the fall, they may be scheduled throughout the year as openings become available. Additional steps may include a screening call, placement testing, or requests for further information.

Our Admissions Committee will then review the full admissions file to make a final decision.

3. Wait Pool

Approved applicants will be placed in the wait pool until an opening is available. Our wait pool is not ranked. When openings occur, all applicants in the wait pool are considered for the best fit. 

Enrollment offers begin in February for the upcoming school year and continue until all spots are filled. We will contact you directly with an enrollment offer if a space becomes available.

3. Enrollment Offer

When a spot opens up for your child, you will receive an email with instructions to submit an enrollment packet. The student’s birth certificate and immunization records will be required to enroll.

Please be prepared to pay a non-refundable $200 enrollment fee and a $500 new student fee.
