Greenfield 08.01.2025

From our Principal:

Dear Greenfield Knights,

We had a wonderful first day of school! During our First Day of School assembly, the theme of “Unashamed” Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek”,  was introduced summarizing an unwavering confidence in the Gospel of Christ, declaring we are not ashamed of the Gospel. In addition,  Mr. Chisum shared a tangible definition of the 3 R’s: REVERENCE-RESPECT-RESPONSIBILITY. What a pleasure it is to instill godly character in each and every one of our students each day.  In addition to our biblical theme this year, we are focusing on “Good to Great: GRIT, GROWTH, GRACE” in expectations around campus.  The students will be reminded daily what it means to be a Christ follower and how to be a GCS Knight by following our core values:

K– Know that you were made in the image of God

N– Nurture healthy, God honoring relationships

I–  Inspire each others to be thinkers and learners

G– Grow in wisdom

H– Help one another reach their academic potential

T– Thrive by using your God-given gifts and talents

S– Show the love of God to one another every day

Impacting the world for Christ,
