CORE VALUES WEEK

Our Annual Core Values Week is coming up 8/19-8/23!! We will spend time as a school on each day’s core value and want to encourage you as a family to work on the Home Extension information that comes out as well! Be on the lookout for details here and daily posts on our Facebook Page.

**Uniform shorts/pants are required, but the top can be free dress as long as it follows our spirit day dress code and is the color of the day.

Please remember no matter what, students may not wear the following items for Spirit Dress or Dress Out day:

  • tights or leggings
  • skirts or mini dresses
  • short shorts
  • bathing suits
  • tank tops or sleeveless shirts
  • shirts with open backs or low-cut backs
  • any shirts or bottoms that show undergarments
  • shirts that show midsections
  • any clothing that has vulgar, anti-Christian, or other unlawful material on it
  • any clothes with holes in them

If the Spirit Day or Dress Out Day calls for wearing a dress (girls), female students may do so with leggings underneath, if the skirt/dress does not reach the knees.

If a student is out of dress code on a spirit or dress out day, he/she will be required to change into school-provided clothes.

FELLOWSHIP FRIDAYS:

In an effort to facilitate an opportunity for parents and kids to fellowship together on campus, we will be opening our playground on most Fridays from 3:30-5pm beginning September 6th.  We will have the Kona Ice Truck onsight September 6th as well for families to purchase treats. **This is not a school supervised event.  Please be prepared to stay and monitor your child.  We are only providing a space for Friday fun.

ROOTED IN PRAYER:

Please join other parents on Friday mornings from 7:45-8:30 am in the Conference Room to pray over staff and students. If you are unable to attend, please use the link HERE and pray with us, from wherever you are, for these specific individuals and/or classes. “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18: 20
