From our Principal
Dear Agritopia Families,
At GCS, we believe that a Christ-centered education is not just about academic excellence but also about cultivating a deeper relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. One of the ways we do this is through prayer. The Word says to pray without ceasing…to pray fervently… “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” James 5:16. In the classroom, students have the opportunity to submit prayer requests, which are individually prayed over by our campus prayer team.
We are excited to see what God is going to do this year, but we must prepare our field by covering the campus in prayer. Modeling proactive prayer for our children teaches them to come to the Lord as a first response, not as an afterthought.
Three Ways to Engage in Prayer:
- Parent prayer requests and praise reports can be submitted for our prayer team by using this link or stop by the office to get a written request form.
- Commit to praying over requests. Members on this team are emailed with requests and commit to praying.
- Join ROOTED in Prayer. Parents, grandparents, and family members (including young children) are invited to join us for 30-minutes of prayer every Monday at 8:05. Members of this team will pray over our campus, staff, and students.
As we continue our culture of prayer here on the Agritopia campus, we anticipate seeing relationships with the Lord grow and thrive.
