Spiritual Life

building a solid biblical foundation

giving students a biblical foundation

At Gilbert Christian Schools, we filter every decision through our statement of faith, mission statement, and core values, building a solid foundation of biblical worldview for our students. Spiritual life development, from chapels to small groups, gives GCS students solid teaching and community with believers who seek to live out their faith.

Chapel

Students at every grade level attend chapel regularly. Each chapel features corporate worship and solid biblical teaching from our Bible teachers and local pastors.

Our biweekly high school chapels are recorded and available online.

small groups

Middle school and high school students are placed in a small group that meets every other week. Adult small group leaders mentor these students as they investigate the Bible, their faith, and their daily struggles.

Signature Trips

Every year, Gilbert Christian Schools middle school students go on a trip where they focus on building relationships and spending time in God’s word. These trips, which we call Signature Trips, are an essential part of the middle school experience at GCS.
