A NOTE FROM OUR ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT
We have three big events this weekend! Football is up first, taking on our rival No. 2 Valley Christian (10-1) in the 2025 AIA 3A Football State Quarterfinal tonight! The game will be played at VCHS (6900 W. Galveston Street Chandler, AZ, 85226), with kickoff scheduled for 7:00pm. Tickets can be purchased HERE. Bring your cowbells and horns, and prepare to get loud!
Saturday morning is the highly anticipated AIA Cross Country Championship. The meet will be held at Cave Creek Golf Course, with our talented boys’ team slated to compete at 9:45am. Kodi Bell also qualified for state as an individual, and will race at 8:55am. Go Knights!
Congratulations to flag football’s Alexa Enman for being honored as the 2025 3A Metro East Region Player of the Year! Head Coach Corey Enman was also recognized by the league, as the region’s Coach of the Year. Go Enmans. The Knights won their first round state game on Wednesday against Highland Prep, and will play again tomorrow at HOME (2:00pm) in the quarterfinal. We hope to see you there, Knight Nation! All fans will need a ticket to the playoff, no season passes will be accepted by the AIA. Buy tickets through GoFan HERE.
This week four of our students signed on to continue their athletic endeavors in college! Congratulations to Alex Heyn (Beach Volleyball, USC), Kennedy Cochran (Gymnastics, Alabama), Jersey Wilson (Soccer, Schreiner University), and Amber Peterson (Soccer, Chatham University). We are so proud of our athletes and can’t wait to see what their respective futures hold.
