Dear Wonderful Greenfield Families,
Happy summer! We pray you have a wonderful summer. Here are all the events you can look forward to. If you have any questions regarding the events, please email anna.vandentop@gcsaz.org.
Office Opens – July 22nd: GCS school campuses will be open through May 24th, 8:00AM-3:00PM, and then closed for the summer. The school offices will reopen to the public on July 22nd from 7:30AM to 4:00PM. *Note: the office will be closed on July 23rd and 24th for team building activities.
Summer Studies Happening Now:
- If you are looking to help your child with school work over the summer, click HERE to order a copy of BJU Vacation Station. I actually used this with my own kids and it was such a great way to build what their teachers taught them throughout the year.
- If you are looking to enhance your summer reading, click HERE for the Focus on the Family-Adventures in Odyssey Summer Edition. This is another great Biblically based resource I used with my own kids!❤️
Summer Dates:
- New Family Meet & Greet – July 15th: Join us at Peter Piper Pizza on Tuesday, July 15th from 4:30-6:30 pm, for a Meet & Greet with new and returning families. Location: 127 E Williams Field Rd.
- Greenfield Staff 25/26 – Please click the link to meet the staff for the 25/26 school year. GF 25/26 Staff
- Welcome Letters – July 23rd: You will receive a welcome letter from your child’s teacher for the 2025-2026 school year on Wednesday, July 23rd at 4pm.
- Uniform Exchange – June 14th: Enjoy free gently used uniforms, try on and order new items with Sixth Man (orders placed by May 30 will be ready for pickup at the event), and drop off blank pieces for logo embroidery with All Things Embroidered.
- Back to School – Meet the Teachers – Wednesday, July 30st: More information to come via welcome letters on July 23rd.. In the meantime, please save the date!
- Faith & Family Night – Come out and enjoy an evening of baseball and community with other GCS families at Faith and Family Night on Thursday, August 8. After the game, stick around for a special post-game concert by Tauren Wells! Get tickets
- Urban Air Middle School Hangout – All middle school kids are welcome to join us at Urban Air on July 25th from 2pm-4pm for a time to hang out and get to know each other! Please sign up and pay here.

Attention All Incoming Freshmen:
Please submit your small group friend requests for high school here. Your requests need to be submitted by July 1st.
Athletics
Just a reminder that all students planning to participate in a sport during the 25-26 school year must have a current physical. Summer is a great time for this! You will receive registration information as the school year approaches. The official AIA form must be completed and uploaded in order to complete your registration.
