Principal’s Paragraph
Dear Parents,
Firstly, I want to thank you for the love you have poured out to me this first week of being your principal. The cards, texts, emails, and prayers have been a sweet blessing to my soul, and are truly a gift to me as I begin this new phase of my career. I am sure many of you are wondering what I am all about and how I will lead this school.
My number one focus is to glorify God in all that we do. Whether that be on the football field, in the classroom, or in hallway conversations, my heart’s desire is that God would be glorified. I will lead this school in a manner that keeps Christ the center and the main focus. This campus is already filled with incredible staff, wonderful students, and amazing parents doing just that, as well as working toward the goal of preparing the next generation to impact the world for Christ. It is an honor to continue to race after these goals together.
As we begin this new year, my prayer is that we would be found faithful in our calling here, whether that be as a Principal, student, parent, or staff member. One of my favorite books, Every Moment Holy, contains this small liturgy for new years. It is purposely small so that it can be easily remembered and rehearsed. Join me in this prayer for the rest of the 2024-2025 school year, and may God continue to be glorified.
“For the New Year”
A mozarabic Prayer from Prayers Ancient and Modern (1900)
O Unchanging God,
Let us pass through this new year
with faithful hearts,
that we might in all things
please your loving eyes

Our winter teams are back in play after the Christmas break, and tonight is action packed, as boys basketball heads to Northwest Christian for a regional triple-header against the Crusaders (FR/SO-4pm, JV-5:30pm, Varsity-7pm). The JV boys soccer team will also compete on the road tonight at Marcos De Niza HS, with kickoff scheduled for 4:00pm.
Girls basketball is the main event at home this evening, as the Knights are slated to host Northwest Christian for a pair of regional games. JV will take the court at 4:00pm, followed by the varsity showdown at 6:00pm. We hope to see you there!
If you haven’t seen our boys and girls soccer teams compete this season, you will have the opportunity to see them battle Trivium Prep in back-to-back contests at home on Monday, January 13th. The girls are scheduled for 4:00pm, and the boys go on at 6:00pm. It should be a fun night!
