High School 08.22.2025

FROM OUR PRINCIPAL

Dear Gilbert Christian High School Families,

It has been another wonderful week on campus as we’ve watched our students excel in academics while continuing to grow in wisdom and understanding through a biblical perspective. We are so grateful for the ways God is working in and through our students each day.

We are also excited to invite you to our first Knight Out of the season! Come cheer on our GCHS Knights at the home football game tonight at 7:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for our community to come together in school spirit, encourage our athletes, and enjoy fellowship as one body.

We look forward to seeing you tonight under the lights. Let’s go Knights!

College and Career Highlights

Did you know that every high school student should keep an up-to-date resume?  Here are some updates to remember to add to your student resume on Naviance:

EUROPE 2026

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for next year, a 10-day Europe trip in May 2026, departing just a few days after graduation! This unforgettable journey will take students to Berlin, Prague, Krakow, and Budapest. The trip will be led by Mr. Noble and Dr. Mitchell, providing a unique perspective, connecting the historical significance of these destinations with biblical insights. It’s a perfect graduation gift or an amazing way to kick off the summer.

Don’t miss out on this chance to explore Europe with your classmates and teachers, and from a Biblical perspective.

Please note: All students attending must be a current GCHS student or GCHS graduate of the 2026 class at the time of the trip.

A NOTE FROM OUR ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT

Hey, hey- it’s GAMEDAY! Football season begins tonight. We cannot wait to cheer on the Knights as they host Wickenburg (7:00PM kick-off) in our first district-wide KNIGHT OUT game of the year. We expect a packed house, so arrive early (6:00PM) for an array of fun pre-game activities. GCS students and staff get in free (everyone else: $5). Wear your new KNIGHT NATION shirt, and be entered to win a fun prize at halftime. There will be sign-making, face-painting, and ice cream sandwiches in the cafeteria for students who show up prior to the game to get that fan aura going. Note: It’s GCS Middle School Football and Cheer night also, so parking will fill up quickly! Plan accordingly.

The football season preview was released this week, check it out HERE!

Rosters for all of our fall sports are complete! Find our 2025 squads on the official website of Knights’ Athletics: gcsknights.com
